About Us

Desk Warehouse has always acted in environmentally responsible ways, certainly long before it became a legal requirement to do so. As well as offering ethically-sourced top quality new stock, we provide furniture made from non-toxic materials, allowing customers to reduce their environmental impact and create a healthier work environment. Also, unlike many competitors, we actively source, refurbish and rehome previously enjoyed office furniture which might otherwise end up in landfill.

We minimise the amount of packaging for our stock and reuse it where possible. At customers’ premises, we remove waste for recycling and any items that are beyond any further reasonable use are disposed of in line with all environmental legislation. We will continue to take our environmental responsibilities very seriously by:

• constantly monitoring and improving our environmental performance
• identifying and reducing environmental impacts
• incorporating environmental factors into our business decisions
• increasing staff awareness and training
